Well, do you use a wrist watch or clock?
I have no idea time, so I use a wristwatch … This way I can just look since I am a really bad sense of time in terms of how much time has passed, but see the sun helps. If I do not have anything to do this, I can get up three hours late … especially if I did not see a clock on the day I want to know what time it is. And I'm not kidding.
