How do you explain this argument?

all things must have a creator, all manmade objects have a creator, if you see a building a wristwatch or you know someone did, but the buildings and wristwatches were not made in nature, the only thing that makes them, are human beings then how to explain what the universe was created by God? simply because all the artificial objects were made, how that means all things are made, im not bashing, I really want to know
