Everything you do is record three different things: speed, position and time. Measure the time of the chronometer, the position of the odometer, and the speed of the speedometer. And by the way, if you do this in a car please ask someone to help you measure for security reasons. Once you have your data field of the position of the odometer on a vertical (y) axis and time on your stopwatch on a horizontal axis (X) axis. To find the slope to draw a line of best fit your data and to what extent the changes in value for each there change of x. In other words, to calculate the increase "Run" on your chart.
