1.Speed limit inside the plant is 15 km/h. Idling car engine is prohibited. Do not drive on a one way road except in the direction permitted.
2.Do check in procedures using the timecard located at the employees’ entrance.
(You must not bring items like cellular phones, tobaccos, lighters, wristwatches, necklaces, pierced earrings, rings, etc. If you do that, report to the Administrative Affairs Department.)
3.Enter from employee entrance.
(Wipe your shoes on the mat when extremely dirty.)
4.Wear your work clothes, work hat and work shoes at the dressing-room.
(To maintain hygienic conditions, do not enter the plant with your shoes on.)
(Do not leave objects over the lockers.)
(Have a correct appearance. See the “Correct dress code” as a reference.)

2: perhaps remove the s from tobaccos or change to “cigarettes.” You might just substitute “jewelry” for “wristwatches, necklaces, pierced earrings, rings, etc.”
3: “If shoes are excessively dirty, wipe them on the mat.”
4: “Wear your work clothes…to the dressing room.” “Do not leave objects atop the lockers.” “Maintain a proper appearance.” Also, I suggest “proper dress code” rather than “correct.”
