Wristwatch Heart Rate

Who is a heart rate monitor shows good?

I'm looking for a good heart rate monitor. I want this is just a wristwatch. My wife must continually monitor his heart and I want a wristwatch for this work. I was watching a little but the problem is that either they are equipped with a chest strap aditionel or they are very complicated because they blank meter other things. I am interested on heart rate and time. The rest is not important but it can be other things. Please help me to find it. Thank you in advance.
