Wristwatch Moon

The moon phase on my wristwatch to be adjusted. Does anyone know how to do this?

Does anyone know how do this? I think the current moon phase is "waning Gibbous" or "97% of the full", but my wrist watch seems to show a " New Moon instead. I do not know how to change it.
