Which mechanical wristwatches longer term?

My Cartier Tank LC "works 45 hours if I'm completely it wind. It's pretty typical, but it was one upsmanship to see who can make the model more long. Patek Philippe "5100" has taken the lead in 2000 by launching 240 hours = 10 days. In 2003, Patek said $ 240,000 "5101" whirlwind of its range. It also runs 10 days. Do these two models still hold the record for the power reserve? Serious replies only, please!

I think so, I bet that the two hold yet the record … if I remember what I read in a magazine 2 years ago .. but .. looking for an updated response … !
