Wristwatch School

Can someone please tell me the name of a tracking device I can get for my child?

I was homeschooling my son for the last several years, but now he wants to go to public school. We tried two years ago and one day I 'm picked up and the beginning of school officials could not find it. It turned out he was at noon, but thirty minutes looking for it gave me severe panic attack. Looking something like a wristwatch that looks like a wristwatch and not something for a small child. A key ring or something that can be sewn into a shoe would also be nice. It can not be a cell phone, because they are not admitted to this school. I would like something that comes with a monitor that will tell me his exact location, even when it is inside the school building and I am in the parking lot. It would also be nice if I could see where he is when I at home and he is at school. All ideas will be appreciated.
