Where can I buy a very small women’s watch?

My wrists are smaller than average (5 3/4″ measured loosely) and whenever I buy a normal-sized bracelet or watch, it slides halfway down my hand or halfway down my forearm, depending on the angle.

I want to buy a watch, and I don’t want to have to resize it; is there anywhere (online, particularly) I can buy an extra-small wristwatch?

Avon have them because me my mom and my sister have a small watch from there…
