Cartier watch is now luxury mobile phone – luxcellphone
Luxury watchmaker Cartier Friday sued Apple for trademark infringement due to pair of applications available on the App Store. Saturday, however, Cartier decided to withdraw the complaint, the Wall Street Journal.
At the heart of the claim infringement of Cartier has been a pair of applications called fake watches and Fake Gold Edition Watch. Applications are made by Digitopolis Game Studio, which curiously enough, was not named in the lawsuit.
Filed in the District Court of the United States, in Manhattan, the trial cost the people demand the ability to tell time on the iPhone and iPod Touch with a screen that simulates bracelets famous.
