is waering wristwatch (type water resistance) dangerous?

please if you have no idea of just stupid answer Answer DONT: P and sorry my bad english im afraid of acid wristwatch because I battieres Always wear (hand washing, swimming ….. is always wise) I do not know if perhaps one day the water is at the heart of the wristwatch and if the battery is expires and broked and leaves the acid goes to my wrist: S if the danger of watch batteries? Is it possible the water goes inside wristwatch (broken or maybe not because of the depth of the water while swimming)? and how do I know?
